Must know
  • The convenience fee is “shown as its own line. Never taxed or discounted.” Some jurisdictions restrict surcharges (the card mentions Quebec) — check your local rules.
  • A cheque or cash payment chosen at checkout (Pay at Club or by Mail) goes through the offline channel, so it is surcharged only if Offline / admin orders is switched on.
  • Saving Club Settings needs settings.edit.

Open the card

Go to Settings → Club Settings and find Convenience fee.

Configure

Switch on Enable convenience fee. Set the Label members see (default “Convenience fee”), a Percent (%) and/or a Fixed ($) amount, and choose where it applies: Online checkout (on by default) and Offline / admin orders (off by default).

Save

Click Save changes at the top of the page.
