Must know
  • The Registrations → Holidays page is available when a superadmin enables Holidays for your club. The closures themselves keep working when the page is hidden: session generation and the draw generator still skip stored holidays.
  • Enabled holidays affect program sessions (“Programs will not create sessions on enabled holidays.”) and the league draw generator. A league night that falls on one gets no draw, and the schedule moves on to the next league night. The generator’s preview lists them as Skipped holidays:, and the confirmation says “Created {n} draws — skipped holidays: …”.
  • Admins receive a daily email about any holiday in the next 7 days.
1

Open Holidays

Go to Registrations → Holidays (“Manage organization closures.”).
2

Add a closure

Click Add Closure. In Add Custom Closure choose the type — National or Custom — and the date(s).
3

Enable or disable

Each holiday has an Enabled toggle. Turning one on offers to cancel program sessions that fall on it; turning it off offers to re-add them.
The draw generator treats an enabled holiday exactly like a date typed into its Exclude dates field, for a new schedule and for a fill-in run alike. It only applies when the schedule has a start date and game times. Existing draws are not moved; regenerate to pick up a holiday added later. Clubs coming from CCM had no closure screen, which is why this page ships hidden. If you run clinics and learn-to-curl programs on a weekly pattern, it is worth asking your Uplifter contact to enable it.
