Must know
- A merge cannot be undone. The duplicate profile is permanently deleted; Merge history on the surviving profile is an audit snapshot only.
- Needs the members.delete permission. Merging profiles from different clubs is refused.
- Registrations, memberships, waivers, attendance, custom answers and more move to the survivor; the older member number is kept.

Select the pair
In Members → Directory tick exactly two rows and click Merge selected.

Choose the survivor
In Merge members pick which profile stays. If you are not sure yet, Flag for later marks the pair (only offered when first name, last name and birth date match).

Review and confirm
Click Review merge to see how many records will move, add a Reason (optional), then Confirm merge.
