Must know
- Scheduling is in the new view only; the classic Reports page has no scheduler (CCM had none either).
- Scheduling needs the View Financials permission. Staff who run reports through View Members or View Volunteers — a Volunteer Coordinator, for example — can run and download them but see no Email on a schedule button.
- Reports go out at 07:00 in your club’s timezone — Daily, Weekly on Monday or Monthly on the 1st — as CSV or XLSX (Excel).
- At least one recipient is required: “Add at least one recipient before scheduling.”
- The saved report keeps the filters you had set when you saved it; “No filters — the whole club, every time it runs” means it will always report on everything.
1
Save the report
Run the report under Reports → Club reports with the filters you want, then click Email on a schedule. The dialog Email this report on a schedule explains it “Saves the report you are looking at, with the filters you have set, and mails it to the people you name” and lists Filters saved with it. Click Schedule report; the toast says “Scheduled — it is now under Saved reports.”
2
Set recipients and frequency
Open Reports → Saved reports, find the report and choose Schedule & sharing…. Enter Recipients (comma- or newline-separated), pick a Format (CSV or XLSX (Excel)) and a Schedule: Not scheduled, Daily at 07:00, Weekly on Monday at 07:00 or Monthly on the 1st at 07:00. Turn on Share with the org if every administrator should see and edit it.
3
Check it
Use Send now to mail it immediately, or Download to fetch it yourself. The row shows a Scheduled badge (and Org-shared when shared).
