Must know
  • A booking type is a label plus a colour and a visibility. It changes nothing about price or rules — “The categories your bookings are filed under, and the colours they show in on the calendar. Classic CCM called these Booking Types.”
  • Visible to: Members only hides reservations of that type on your public calendar from anyone outside the club: visitors who are not signed in and accounts from other clubs. Your members, their guardians and your staff still see them.
  • Deleting a type that is in use archives it instead, so old bookings keep their colour.

Open Booking types

Go to Registrations → Venues & Rentals and click Booking types.
2

Add a type

Enter a Name (the placeholder suggests “Private Rental”), pick a Colour, choose Visible to — Everyone or Members only — and click Add.
3

Use it

Pick the type in Booking type (optional) when you list a slot or add a reservation. Types you no longer want sit under Archived; current ones under Your types.
Migrated clubs arrive with their CCM booking types already created. Related: How do I add bookable slots and closures? · How do I create a bookable venue?
