Must know
  • In a points-mode league you cannot record a result until a points row covers the game. The error reads: “No points have been configured for this game’s round/division — set Win/Loss/Tie points on the League Setup tab before recording results”.
  • To correct a result, open the game again and pick a different outcome, or Clear result. The admin’s entry always overrides a member’s.
  • Anyone who can manage the league can enter results, including League Managers and convenors in the League Portal.
  • The dialog says Result last saved by {name} — whoever last saved the result, from any screen, including a member on My Teams or Game results. The classic Games list shows the same name in its Edited By column.
1

Open the game

On the league’s Draws tab click the game. The Game result dialog opens.
2

Record the outcome

Click {Team} won for either side, Tied, or Default win: {Team} for a forfeit. In a scores-mode league a Score input appears per side; if the league has Show ends won on, an ends-won select appears per side (halves allowed).
3

Check the grid

The cell now shows a badge — “…pts”, Tied, By default or Final — and standings update immediately. A game against “Nobody” (a listed bye) takes no result.
In the classic view, click Result entry on the Games list to put a select on every row ({Team 1} won / Tied / {Team 2} won / Default win: … / Clear result), then Save Results and Done. This is the fastest way to enter a whole draw night. The classic Edit Game form also has a Game Results section with Result and Team N: Points Assigned or Final Score. The Games list’s Edited By column names whoever last saved each game’s result. Edited By changes when a result is recorded, changed or cleared (clearing it, or changing the teams on a game with a result, counts as an edit). Saving only the hammer or rock colours does not change it, and neither does saving a new points grid that re-scores the league’s games. For a migrated club, the name CCM showed in its Edited By column comes across with each game where CCM recorded one; CCM kept no edit time. Members can enter their own results too, when the league allows it — see Can members enter their own results?.
