Must know
  • These tabs read a snapshot taken nightly, not live data. The header shows Last synced and a Sync now button when you need today’s numbers.
  • They are part of the Reports feature and need the View Financials permission. Staff without it do not see these tabs at all: Reports opens on Club reports for them. There is no classic view of them — CCM had nothing comparable.
Dashboards is a widget board. The menu offers My dashboards, New dashboard…, Edit layout, Add widgets, Save layout, Rename…, Set as my default, Share with org and Make personal. Widgets include Revenue (MTD), Revenue (YTD) (with the amount taken in your club’s current season, when a season is active), Active members, New members (30d), Churned (30d), Outstanding AR, Refund rate, Revenue by program, Members by level, Members by age and Cohort retention. A new dashboard starts with six: Revenue MTD, Active members, New members, Outstanding AR, Revenue by program and Members by level. Revenue shows Gross revenue (MTD), Net revenue (MTD), Avg / member, Avg / household and Refund rate, with panels for Revenue by program (MTD), Accounts receivable (ageing) and Fees (MTD). It can be filtered by program. Retention covers Active members, Cohort retention and Household concentration, broken down by level and by age. Operations shows Org capacity utilization, Waitlisted across org, Avg no-show rate (30d) and a Programs table with enrolled, utilization, waitlist and no-show columns. Any of these views can be kept with Save current view, after which it appears under Saved reports and can be scheduled like a club report.
