Must know
  • Every agreement is kept as history: who agreed, the name they typed, whether they signed for themselves, as a parent or guardian, or through staff at the club, how, when, and which version of the text.
  • A name imported from CCM is history only and reads Imported from CCM. It never counts as signed, so the member still signs in Uplifter.
  • A waiver that has expired, or that resets every season and was signed in an earlier season, shows Expired, not signed.
  • The signer list, the Waiver Signatures report and the Liability Waiver extract column are for staff only.

One member’s waivers

Open the member from Members → Directory → View Profile. The Waivers card on the Overview tab (Signed waivers) lists each waiver with its latest signing on one line, for example Emily Anderson · Parent or guardian · Typed full name · Oct 2, 2026 · Version 1. Each waiver carries one of these marks:
  • a green tick: Signed, and still valid;
  • Expired: it lapsed, or it resets every season and was signed in an earlier season. The viewer says Expired on {date} — the curler signs again at their next registration.;
  • Declined: an optional waiver the member declined;
  • Imported from CCM: only a name brought across from CCM. The viewer says Imported from CCM — history only. CCM kept no date or text, so the curler still signs this in Uplifter.
Click View to open the waiver. A Latest signing box sits at the top. The text shown is the version the member agreed to, and Show current text switches to today’s wording. Below it, History ({n}) lists every signing, newest first, each with the account that made it and a View version {n} link. The signer is one of Self, Parent or guardian or Staff, at the club. The method is one of Typed full name, Typed phrase, Clicked to agree, Accept / Decline (with Accepted or Declined) or Drawn signature. A name imported from CCM shows Before import (CCM) in place of a date. Members see the same Expired and Imported from CCM marks under Waivers in the Members Portal. When you open a member from a league, the league’s required waivers follow the same rule: an expired or last-season signing counts as not signed.

Everyone who signed one waiver

Go to Members → Waivers and click the number in a waiver’s Signed column. Signers — {title} opens: Every signing on file, newest first. Names imported from CCM are history — they never count as signed for this season. Narrow the list with three filters:
  • the season (All seasons, or one season);
  • the source (All sources, Signed in Uplifter, Imported from CCM);
  • the status (Any status, Current, Expired).
The columns are Member, Typed name, Signed as, Signed (date and season), Text (version) and Status: Current, Expired, Declined or History (CCM). Download CSV saves the filtered list.

Every waiver at once: the Waiver Signatures report

Under Reports → Club reports → Other Reports, Waiver Signatures lists every signing on file across all your waivers, names imported from CCM included. Its columns are Waiver, Member, Typed Name, Signed As, Account, Method, Decision, Source, Date Signed, Recorded, Season, Text Version, Status and CCM Column. It downloads as CSV or Excel and needs View Members. It is an Uplifter addition, so it appears in the new view only; the classic Reports list keeps CCM’s 26.

The Liability Waiver column in the member extracts

The four member extracts (Current Members Extract and All Members (past and present) Extract, in Excel and CSV) have CCM’s Liability Waiver column again, right after Club ID. It holds the member’s latest typed name across your waivers. Names imported from CCM are included, since that is what CCM’s column held. See What are club reports?.
