Must know
  • Available when a superadmin enables Broadcast Credit Metering for your club. CCM never metered mail, so a migrated club sends unmetered until then.
  • One credit sends one broadcast email. Test sends, member League Email and transactional emails (receipts, confirmations) never use credits.
  • Monthly grants arrive on the 1st: one credit per dollar of the previous month’s completed online payments, capped at 6,000. A club with no online payments receives none.
  • Only Uplifter can add or adjust credits. Club administrators see the balance and the activity, but no Add credits button. Ask your Uplifter contact for a top-up.
Communication → Broadcast Credits shows your balance (“credits available”) and an Activity list of the latest 100 entries — Monthly grant, Purchase, Broadcast send and Adjustment. Until the first grant lands it reads No activity yet — the first monthly grant arrives on the 1st. Credits are deducted per recipient successfully sent, at send time. If the balance cannot cover a campaign, Send Now is refused with “Not enough broadcast credits: N needed, M available.” A scheduled campaign is checked the same way when its time comes; if the balance is short then, it is marked Failed with the reason instead of being sent. A campaign that runs short while sending is also marked Failed, and the reason appears in its details. To top up, ask Uplifter. A superadmin signed into your club sees Add credits on this page and enters an Amount and an optional Note. A positive amount is recorded as a Purchase that never expires; a negative amount is an Adjustment. Both appear in your Activity list. While metering is off, the grants still accumulate in the ledger, so a club that turns it on later starts with a balance.
