Must know
- Everything below is done through the same rules as the league pages: Hero can only see and change leagues you could manage yourself, and every change waits for your Confirm.
- Hero refuses a stale card. If the roster or a game changed after Hero drafted the card, confirming it fails and you ask again.
- Email the league through Hero creates and sends the campaign the moment you confirm; it needs the club-wide Send Communication permission and counts against broadcast credits if metering is on.
- Programs and leagues: pricing, enrolment, capacity.
- Find a curler, and see their enrolments, memberships and guardians.
- “Who is on the Tuesday league?” — the roster with teams, positions, “I’d like to play with” requests, spares, and (with financial access) who still owes.
- “Who registered but hasn’t paid?” and “Who curled last year but not this year?”
- “Why was this member charged $X?” — a line-by-line explanation of an invoice.
- The next few days of draws, sessions, events and ice bookings.
- A league’s games with draw, sheet and result.
- Generate the draw schedule — Hero shows a dry-run preview with fairness figures and warns when it would replace existing games.
- Move a game, add a game, or reschedule a whole draw.
- Create teams, either assembling the teams curlers declared at signup or drawing balanced teams that honour play-with requests.
- Enter a game result, showing the standings before and after; points rules and bracket rules are enforced.
- Email the league — one or more leagues, optionally narrowed to divisions or sessions; the card shows the recipient count and first names.
- Change a program’s price (flat-rate programs), capacity or registration status.
