Must know
  • Each TV gets its own screen with its own display address. Anyone with the address can see the board — there is no login — so keep it inside the club and issue a new address if it leaks.
  • Managing screens needs the settings.edit permission (viewing needs settings.view). Club Displays is not feature-gated; every club has it.
  • Also available in the classic view as Curling TV — Control Panel, but read-only there: switch to the new view to add or edit a screen.
Settings → Club Displays is the successor to CCM’s Curling TV. The page describes itself as “Boards for the TVs in your rink — today’s ice, standings, and a slide deck. Open the display address on the TV and leave it; it refreshes itself.” A screen is one TV. You create one per TV so the lounge and the ice shed can show different things. Each screen has a display address that you open in a browser on that TV; the page draws with no header, no sidebar and no sign-in, and re-reads its data on a timer. Each screen can show one or more boards, rotating between them:
  • Today’s ice — a grid of today’s draw times against your ice sheets, with league draws and confirmed ice bookings filled in.
  • Standings — the standings of the league on the ice, or a league you pick.
  • Ice bookings — today’s confirmed bookings.
  • Slide deck — a published Google Slides, Canva or other https deck, or pictures you upload.
On top of the boards sit a clock, an optional scrolling message, a light or dark theme and a text-size setting. In CCM the TV page required someone to stay signed in on a rink PC. Here the address itself is the only credential, and it can be replaced at any time.
