Must know
  • The season runs from the 1st of the month you pick until the day before the same date a year later, and is shown as a span such as 2026 / 2027. The default is July.
  • Your club’s timezone is the clock used for draw times, the Today’s Ice card, the TV boards and scheduled reports. There is no setting for it in the dashboard: it is set when your club is created or migrated from CCM. Contact Uplifter support if it is wrong.
  • Age limits are checked against the day before the season starts unless your club was set up differently; a member with no birth date on file is asked to add one rather than being let through.

The season start is used wherever the product asks “this season”: volunteer-hour totals and the minimum-hours renewal check, the season summaries on the dashboard tiles, and the season rollover page. Age eligibility on leagues and membership types uses a reference date derived from the season. The three modes the product supports are: age on the day before the season starts (the default), age on the last day of the month before a custom cutoff month, and age on the day of registration. Only the default is exposed as a setting today; the others can be applied by Uplifter for your club on request. Waivers with age targeting always use age at the moment of signing, whatever the mode.
