Must know
  • Settings → Features is read-only for club administrators. It shows which modules your club has (Enabled) and which it does not (Not included). Only a superadmin can change it.
  • A club moving off Curling Club Manager starts with only what CCM had: leagues, the signup wizard, memberships, reports, bookings, volunteers, events, email campaigns, custom information, Skill Levels and the website builder. Everything else — Hero, payment plans, gift cards, SMS, chat, the draw optimizer, bonspiels, bye requests, jitney leagues and so on — stays hidden until a superadmin enables it for your club.
  • A green CCM classic badge on the page means your club is in exactly that state.
Uplifter Curling is a large platform, and most of it is switched off for a club that has just migrated so that the dashboard looks like the CCM you know. The Features page is where you find out what is on. Each card names a feature and describes it, for example Volunteer Management — “Volunteer roles, shifts and sign-up sheets, hour tracking with approval, certifications, and per-game duties” — with an Enabled or Not included badge. A disabled card adds “Contact your administrator to upgrade your plan for access to this feature.” The header counts {enabled} of {total} features enabled. Turning a feature on hides or shows its surfaces: its sidebar entries, its pages and its part of the command palette. Turning one off never deletes data — stored holidays still affect draw generation, existing gift cards can still be redeemed, GL codes still appear in pickers — only the management screen disappears. Superadmins signed into your club see a switch on every card, a Reset button and an Apply CCM classic profile button that switches every non-CCM feature off in one click, and switches on the CCM features a migrating club still edits (today, Skill Levels). The confirmation lists what will be switched on and what will be hidden; confirm with Apply profile. Ask your Uplifter contact when you want something enabled; these help articles say “available when a superadmin enables X for your club” wherever that applies.
