Must know
  • Reading submissions needs the communication.view permission; replying, archiving and deleting need communication.send.
  • There is no export or download. You can Reply, Mark read, Archive or Delete each enquiry.
  • Limits per club per day: 500 accepted submissions and 50 notification emails. Beyond that, submissions are still stored but the emails stop — a row then shows no email sent.

Setting up a form

Add a Form block to any club page. Its settings are the Form heading, an Introduction, the Button text, a Thank-you message, and Send enquiries to — the address that receives each submission. Leave that empty to use the club’s own contact address; the person who fills in the form is never emailed a copy. Add up to 25 questions with Add a question. Each has a Question, an Answer type (Short text, Email address, Phone number, Number, Date, Long text, Choose one (drop-down), Choose one (buttons) or Tick box), optional Hint text, and a Required switch.

Reading what arrives

1

Open the list

Go to Website → Form Submissions. Filter by All, New (with an unread count), Read or Archived. The list shows 50 per page with Previous and Next.
2

Deal with an enquiry

Reply opens an email to the sender. Mark read clears it from New. Archive tucks it away (Restore brings it back). Delete asks “Delete this enquiry?” and erases it permanently.

If your site is a frozen copy of your old website

A contact form on the copied pages became a Contact us link to your club’s contact page. What people send there arrives in Website → Form Submissions, which stays in the sidebar while the copy is live, alongside everything received before cutover.
