Must know
  • A guardian holds the login for a curler under 18: they register the junior, pay, and sign waivers on their behalf (“We agree” on the youth waiver).
  • A guardian’s own sharing settings decide what other guardians of the same curler can see (registrations, financials).
  • A guardian’s email is locked once created; edit the other details freely.
  • The Contacts tab shows only the contacts and billing addresses the guardian saved at your club. What they saved at another club never shows here.
1

From the Guardians page

Go to Members → Guardians (columns Guardian Name, Status, Email, Phone, Members, Balance). Click Add guardian, enter Name and Email, and click Send Invitation.
2

Link a curler

Open the guardian (View Details) and on the Members tab click Add member → Link existing or Create new, choosing the Relationship.
3

Or from the curler

On the curler’s profile, the Guardians card offers Add guardian, Make primary, Edit relationship, Remove guardian and Transfer ownership.
The guardian detail page also has Contacts and Billing tabs. Contacts holds the guardian’s saved Contacts and Billing Addresses at your club; staff can read them but not change them. Billing lists invoice and payment history with an Export button. The list’s row menu offers Create Invoice and Process Payment. A guardian who also belongs to another club starts with empty lists at your club and enters their details again. Their details from before this change belong to the club they joined first.
