Must know
  • Accepted files: PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or text, up to 10 MB each.
  • Members only (signed in) documents are shown only to real club members — staff, members and their guardians — not to any signed-in account.
  • You cannot swap the file behind an existing document. To replace a file, delete the document and add it again.
The document library is where your club keeps “downloadable club files — bylaws, minutes, forms, flyers”. Every document appears, grouped by category, on the /documents page of your public site, and you can also place a set of them on any club page with the Documents block.
1

Add a document

Go to Website → Documents and click Add document. Click Upload file and choose the file.
2

Name and file it

Name is filled in from the file name; change it if you like. Pick a Category — type a new one or choose from the suggestions; the default is General. Categories become the headings on the /documents page.
3

Choose who can see it

Set Visibility to Public (anyone) or Members only (signed in). Save.
You can edit a document’s name, category and visibility later, but not its file. To show documents inside a page, edit the page and add a Documents block, which can list every document or just one category. See What blocks can I use on a page?. The library holds documents only; pictures live in the Media Library. Related: What blocks can I use on a page? · How do I manage images in the media library? · How do I create a club page?
