Must know
- Capture team info at registration (classic: Team Entry) asks the registrant for a team name, skip and roster. Accept individual entries (classic: Individual Entry) lets a curler register alone to be placed on a team. Both can be on at once.
- A new league has both switched on, with four roster name slots, preferred positions, play-with and a comments box.
- Registrants choose between team and individual entry on the wizard’s optional How are you registering? step. Through Register As An Individual, a team-only league is greyed out with Team entries only — this league does not take individual entries.; through a team door, an individual-only league reads Individual entries only — this league does not take team entries. A league that takes both is open through every door, and through the individual door it asks for no team name.
- Without that step there are no doors, and each league simply asks for what its switches capture. With it, a door that no league on the list can be entered through is not offered.
- Team entry — with Capture team info at registration on, the signup wizard asks for the team and shows the Signup capture questions you enabled: Skip-only entry (only the skip registers and names the rest), Roster name slots (blank = none, 4–8), “I’d like to play with”, Preferred positions and Comments box. Teammates can share a team invite code.
- Individual entry — with Accept individual entries on, a curler registers alone. The league manager then builds teams by hand or with Random draw. Max teams (blank = unlimited) caps the league; the classic form also has an Individual Entry Limit (the league’s capacity). Once it is reached the league reads LIMIT REACHED in the signup wizard and cannot be picked.
