Must know
  • Reading needs View Financials. Initiate Payout needs financials.admin; changing the Payout Schedule needs financials.create.
  • Processing fees (your plan’s transaction percentage plus a per-transaction flat fee) are deducted from payouts, not shown to members.
  • “Funds typically arrive within 1–2 business days.” Transactions are linked to a payout only once that payout is marked paid.
Financials → Payouts (“Track settlements transferred to your bank account”) opens with four tiles: Available balance (live from Adyen), Pending Balance (“Captured payments awaiting settlement”), Next Estimated Payout and Total Paid (YTD). Under Payout Schedule choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly sweeps. Initiate Payout → Confirm Payout (“This will transfer your current available balance to your linked bank account”) sends the available balance now. Sync refreshes from Adyen and Download Report exports the history. The Payout History table lists Date, Batch ID, Bank Account, Type (Scheduled / Manual), Status (Paid, Pending, Scheduled, Failed), Gross Amount, Fees and Net Payout. Click a row for Payout Details: gross, fees and net, the bank account, a timeline (Created, Scheduled, Est. Arrival, Paid) and the Included Transactions. If a payout fails you see a Payout failure detected banner with the reason (invalid bank details, insufficient funds, returned, or a technical error that “will retry automatically”). Until onboarding is complete the page reads Locked until onboarded; if Adyen needs new documents it reads Payouts Paused — Verification Required.
