Uplifter Curling runs a curling club end to end. Members sign up through a wizard your club shapes itself, pick leagues and positions, and pay online or at the club. Staff build leagues with divisions and rounds, generate the draw, enter results, and let the standings compute themselves from your club’s own points rules. Spares, free agents, volunteers, lockers, ice bookings, rink TV boards, canned reports and mass email are all in the same place, and your public website is built and published from the same dashboard. Every club gets its own address, <club>.uplifter-curling.com, with the admin dashboard on admin.<club>.uplifter-curling.com. A club that moves from Curling Club Manager (CCM) can also keep its own domain pointed at the new site. Uplifter Curling is the successor to CCM, the Joomla system about 250 clubs run today. For club staff the dashboard comes with two looks for the same pages: the classic view, which reproduces the CCM admin screens your staff already know, and the new look. Staff switch between them on the same page, and a club coming from CCM starts its staff in the classic view. Members always get the new pages on the club site, and a migrated club’s public site can start as an exact copy of its old website. Features that CCM never had stay hidden for a migrating club until a superadmin switches them on, so day one looks like the system you left.
