Must know
  • Available when a superadmin enables AI Assistant (Ask Hero) for your club. The product owner has said yes to offering it to migrated CCM clubs, but it is still a per-club switch.
  • Hero never changes anything on its own. Every change it drafts appears as a card you must Confirm; questions are answered from your club’s data only.
  • The launcher appears in the new view of the dashboard and in the League Portal. It is not shown in the classic (CCM-look) view.
  • Usage is metered against a monthly allowance — see What is the Hero spend cap?.
Hero is the round sparkles button in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard, labelled Ask Hero (⌘J). Click it, or press ⌘J (Mac) / Ctrl+J, to open a panel headed Ask Hero with a Beta badge and the prompt “Ask about your club’s programs, members, billing, or schedule.” Type a question into Ask about your club… — the panel suggests a few to start: “How many active programs do we have?”, “What revenue came in over the last 30 days?”, “Which invoices are still unpaid?”, “What’s on the schedule this week?”. Hero looks the answer up in your club’s records and replies in plain language, showing only what your own permissions allow you to see. Hero can also do work: generate or move draws, create teams, enter a result, email a league, change a price or capacity. Each of those arrives as a proposal card under the reply, and nothing happens until you click Confirm — see How do Hero proposals work?.
