Must know
  • Your dashboard lives at admin.<club>.uplifter-curling.com. Members use <club>.uplifter-curling.com.
  • Sign-in is passwordless by default: enter your email and press Send sign-in code. Google sign-in is also offered.
  • A club that came from CCM starts its staff in the classic view of the dashboard. The ✨ Try the new look pill in the corner switches this page to the new look; Switch to classic view brings it back. Members always get the new pages.
1

Open your dashboard address, type your email and press Send sign-in code. Enter the code from the email. If your club was migrated from CCM, your login already exists — there is no password to remember, and no password migrated.
2

Check the club's clock, season and words

Under Settings → Club Settings:
  • Season starts in. The month your season begins. Seasons are derived from this month; it also decides which season a payment or membership belongs to and the date a curler’s age is measured on (see Business rules).
  • Club terminology. Pick your Stand-in curlers word (Subbing or Sparing), your Schedule segments word (Round, Draw or Flight) and your Team groupings word (Division or Pool). The preview reads “Your screens will say {Subs}, {Rounds} and {Divisions}.” Wording only — data, exports and links do not change, and the classic view of the dashboard uses the same words.
  • Pay at club or by mail and Payment instructions — turn on offline payment and say where to send the cheque.
  • Enable the directory, with Show email, Show phone and Show city — the member directory is off until you switch it on.
The club’s time zone was set when the club was created (for a migrated club, by the import). Every draw time, session time and scheduled email is shown and run on that clock.
3

Look at Features

Settings → Features lists every module. Modules CCM had (events, email campaigns, memberships, seasons, custom questions, reports, bookings, volunteers) are on. Everything CCM never had ships off; a superadmin can turn a module on for your club when you ask. The page says which is which.
4

Add staff and access levels

Settings → Staff invites the people who run the club. Settings → Access Levels defines what each level can see and do — the replacement for CCM’s fixed Joomla groups. A league convenor is granted on the league itself and gets their own portal at /league.
5

Build a league

Registrations → Leagues lists your leagues; open one to get its tabs. League Setup holds divisions, sessions, the result mode and the points grid (win, loss, tie, default win/loss, per end won — per round × division). Draws generates the schedule, lets you edit it afterwards and prints score sheets. Teams and the Subs tab (your word) complete the set. New leagues record results as points, the way CCM did.
6

Shape the signup wizard

Settings → Registration Form — “Shape your club’s registration wizard — reorder steps, turn them on or off, and edit their questions. No code needed; changes apply to the public signup immediately.” The same definition drives the member wizard and the staff proxy desk. The Step 1 profile fields — order, labels, required flags and club questions — live on the builder’s curler-profile step.
7

Set up money

Financials → Onboarding connects card payments. Financials → Taxes & Fees answers “Who pays the sales tax?” — Customer pays puts tax as its own line at checkout; Organization pays (tax-inclusive pricing) hides it. A club with no card processor can still take registrations: the wizard offers Pay at the club or by mail and prints a registration sheet. A membership’s early-bird price is set on the membership type itself, per term, under Members → Memberships; Financials → Discounts holds multi-league and other discounts.
8

Publish the website

Website → General shows your address, your custom domain and — for a migrated club — the From your CCM import checklist. Imported pages arrive as drafts under Website → Club Pages; review and publish them. If your site is being served as a frozen copy of your old website, only General and Form Submissions show until you press Switch to the new website builder. Website → Templates offers Classic Club (the look of your old CCM site) and three modern layouts you can preview and switch between without losing content.
