Must know
  • A session has registration dates and a fee but no play dates. Which games belong to a session is decided when you generate or edit games.
  • “The session fee is charged on top of the league fee, which is charged once however many sessions a curler joins… registration closes on the end date, which is not itself an open day.”
  • A team belongs to one session. Games can be stamped with a session by the generator, the Add game dialog or Mass edit.
League sessions reproduce CCM’s “sell a league by session” mode. Open the league, click League Setup, and use the Sessions card. Each session row has:
  • Offered at signup — show it as a choice in the registration wizard
  • Mark as filled — stop new entries without hiding it
  • Session fee — added on top of the league fee
  • Individual entry limit (placeholder “No limit”)
  • Registration opens / Registration closes
  • a {count} registered badge, and Save
When generating the draw, the Session (optional) field stamps every generated game; Mass edit offers Session: keep / clear / {name}; a single game’s dialog has a Session select. Do not confuse these with the Games tab — see What is the difference between the Games tab and league sessions?. In the classic view sessions are managed on the Session Listing screen, which — as in CCM — sits under the rounds menu entry. The classic League Edit form also has a Sessions row listing each session’s fee, limit and whether it is Filled, with Edit sessions (or Add sessions) to open the Session Listing.
