Must know
  • Only published league games appear; a game whose teams are not yet published shows TBD. Only confirmed ice bookings appear — pending requests do not. Bookings at a private venue appear too, even though the public club site hides them; use the screen’s own settings to choose what it shows.
  • The columns are your ice sheets with In service and Show on TV both on (Club Settings → Ice sheets), minus any you untick on the screen. A sheet used by a draw today gets a column even if it is not in that list.
  • Whichever league is on the ice means the first league with a draw today; the board does not rotate through several leagues. Choose a specific league on the screen if you want a particular one.
Today’s ice is a grid: rows are draw times, columns are sheets. It covers from two hours ago until the end of the club’s day, in your club’s timezone. League draws (leagues and bonspiels alike) and confirmed ice bookings are interleaved; where both claim a cell, the draw wins. The most recently started row is highlighted. When nothing is scheduled the board reads NO SCHEDULED ITEMS TO DISPLAY. Bonspiel games whose sides are not yet decided read as Winner of … or Loser of … until the feeding game has a result. Ice bookings lists today’s confirmed reservations; with none it reads NO ICE BOOKINGS TODAY. Who booked the ice is shown only if Show who booked the ice is on for that screen. Standings shows the standings groups of one league — the one you picked on the screen, or the first league with a draw today — built from published games and teams only, one group per rotation step. For a jitney league the board still shows team standings, treating each night’s teams as teams. The individual standings are on the league’s Standings tab and public page. Slide deck shows the embedded deck or your uploaded pictures. The clock ticks in the club’s timezone. Everything on the board comes from the same data the dashboard uses, so entering a result, moving a game or confirming a booking shows up on the TV at its next refresh.
