Must know
  • The program calendar (/dashboard/calendar, headed Program Schedule) has no sidebar entry. Open it from the dashboard home: the Today’s Ice card ends with the link Program calendar — this month’s sessions and events.
  • It shows program sessions (the rows from a program’s weekly patterns) and events — not league draws. For draws use the league’s Draws tab or Today’s Ice.
  • New view only; there is no classic twin.
Where Today’s Ice answers “what is on the ice today, sheet by sheet”, the program calendar answers “what is on this month”. It lists every session instance of your programs — a Tuesday learn-to-curl, a junior clinic — and your events, and can be filtered by program and by facility. Clicking a session opens its instance page (/dashboard/calendar/instance/{id}), where the individual session can be looked at or adjusted. For a league, the rows on the league’s Games tab are the same kind of session instance, generated from the weekly pattern you set when creating the league; they are not the draw schedule.
