Must know
- A one-time membership is sellable immediately; a recurring one is not until you Publish an instance.
- Needs the Memberships feature (CCM parity) and it is also available in the classic view as Membership Types → New.
- Early-bird pricing is set per term after the wizard: Manage → Instances → the term’s Early-bird discount panel.
1
Start the wizard
Go to Members → Memberships and click Create Membership Group.
2
Season (if shown)
The Season step appears only when your club uses seasons and has some defined. Pick the season this membership belongs to.
3
Details and Pricing
On Details enter the Membership Name and Description (a rich-text editor, so bold, lists and links show in the signup wizard), and leave Show on sign-up on unless staff will only assign this type by hand. On Pricing set the Default Price ($), whether it is a Recurring Membership, the Billing Interval and Allow Auto-Renewal.
4
Requirements
Add any Age, Gender, Capacity, Medical, Level or Waiver restriction.
5
Instances
Use New Instance / Add Instance to define the term(s) sold — name, price, dates. Click Create Membership. Recurring instances arrive as Draft; click Publish on the one you want on sale.
6
Early bird (optional)
Open the membership’s actions menu → Manage. On the Instances tab, each term card has an Early-bird discount panel: enter the Discount amount ($) and the Last day at the early-bird price, then Save.
