Must know
  • All Members reaches every curler on your roster, one email each, even those who never created a login: their own login address first, otherwise the email on their profile, otherwise their primary guardian. (The on-screen description of this audience says “guardians”; it is the whole roster.)
  • Any Refine the audience filter drops contacts who have no account. If you need a filtered list to include login-less curlers, use the league audiences instead of a refinement.
  • The recipient list is frozen when you save: “This segment is saved as the exact recipient list resolved now”.
  • Opt-outs are honoured per club and cannot be overridden by the campaign’s classification.
  • Every audience stays inside your club. Programs, instances, membership types and events must be your club’s own. Individually picked accounts (Specific Guardians) must be linked to your club: your staff, your members, guardians of your members, or someone your club has invoiced. Anyone else resolves to nobody, in the preview, the recipient count and the send itself.
Send To offers eight audiences: For league, program and membership audiences each curler’s login plus every guardian is emailed; the profile email is only a fallback. Refine the audience (“Filters combine: a recipient must match every one you set”) adds Membership status (Any membership status, Current members only, Lapsed / non-members), Leagues (with Show unpublished / past leagues), and — once exactly one league is selected — Divisions and Sessions. A recipient with no login receives a “mailto” to the club’s address in place of the one-click unsubscribe link, since there is no account to opt out.
