Must know
  • Money amounts on Payment Info and Signup Info appear only to staff with financial access; others see “Payment information is only visible to staff with financial access.”
  • Tabs for features your club does not have (Events, Memberships, Custom Info) are hidden.
  • There are no free-text staff notes on a member; the only notes are medical notes.
  • Custom Info has two parts: Profile fields (your club’s own fields) and Checkout answers (answers to the questions under Members → Questions).
Open a member from Members → Directory → View Profile. The tabs, in order: Overview, Programs, Events, Memberships, Attendance, Custom Info, Payment Info, Signup Info and Merge history. Custom Info appears when your club has the Custom Information feature. Its Profile fields card lists your club’s own fields for this member, grouped by the section they sit in on the member’s record, including fields the member left blank. Staff with Edit Members see an Edit button: click it to enter or change values, then Save; you see Profile fields saved. Values are checked the same way as when the member edits them. Staff without Edit Members see the values but no Edit button. Below, under Checkout answers, are the member’s answers to your checkout questions. See How do I add my own profile fields?. Payment Info reproduces CCM’s Community Builder tab: “Paid annual dues?” and each payment’s amount, date, transaction ID and type. Signup Info shows the “Online signup total” and a View registration link. For a club migrated from CCM, the five payment slots are filled from the imported invoice. The Portal access card shows No account yet, Invitation not accepted yet or Can sign in, with Send invitation, Resend invitation or Send password reset. A Guardians card lists linked guardians with Add guardian, Make primary, Edit relationship, Remove guardian and Transfer ownership. Members see their own version of this record — all seven CCM tabs, as sections of one page with a jump bar along the top — under My Information (/account/profile) on the club site. Members always get this new-look page; the classic view is for staff only.
