  • All of these live on Settings → Club Settings → Rental calendar and apply to every bookable venue.
  • The three guards are checked on the server in this order: booking window, then notice, then quota. Each refusal tells the member which rule stopped them.
  • Quotas count live reservations only (confirmed and awaiting approval); cancelled bookings do not count. “0 is unlimited.”
The Rental calendar card (“Booking rules for venue rentals — advance window and calendar display defaults.”) has two halves. Display. Default view (Day / Week / Month / List), Time interval (15, 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes), Opens and Closes — the hours the calendar draws. Rules. Change a value and click Save changes at the top of the page. Staff placing a reservation from the venue page are not subject to the member window or quota.
