Must know
  • Every page on your club’s site — registration, My Account, your leagues, subbing, volunteering — is shown in the new design. There is no Switch to classic view on the club site.
  • The classic (CCM-style) view still exists, but only for club staff running the club on the dashboard.
  • Old CCM bookmarks and links in old emails still work: they land on the matching new page.
When your club moved from CurlingClubManager, it may have offered members a classic view that copied CCM’s member pages. That is gone for members: whatever you chose before, the club site now always opens in the new design, and your old preference is simply ignored. Nothing about your record, registrations or payments changed — only the look of the pages. What you will notice if you used the classic view:
  • Member’s Home and the Member Menu are replaced by My Account (address /account), which lists My Information, My Teams, your subbing or sparing availability, Volunteer Hours, Game Results, Ice Bookings, Teams, Schedules, Standings, Sub Lists, Free Agents, Member Search and Email a League. The avatar menu’s Account entry opens it.
  • My Information is one page with a button per section (Personal Info, Contact Info, Emergency Info and so on) and a single Save changes, instead of an Edit button on each tab.
  • The signup wizard runs as one stepper ending at Confirm, instead of CCM’s numbered STEP screens.
  • The site header has the language (FR / EN) and dark-mode toggles, and your avatar menu.
A bookmark such as index.php?option=com_curling&view=my_teams still opens the right page — here, My Teams — so you do not need to update saved links. If you are also on your club’s staff, the classic view is still available to you on the club dashboard. It never changes what the club site shows.
