Must know
  • Choose Forgot your password? on the login page and enter your email; a reset link is emailed to you.
  • The confirmation is deliberately the same whether or not the address exists — check spam if nothing arrives.
  • You do not need a password to sign in: Email Code works any time.

Open the reset page

On the login page, under the password form, choose Forgot your password?.

Request the link

Enter your email and choose Send reset link. The page then shows Check your email.

Set a new password

Open the link in the email and enter a new password twice. It must be at least 12 characters with upper and lower case, a number and a symbol.
