Must know
  • There is no “change password” screen. To set a new password, sign out and use Forgot your password? on the login page; the emailed link lets you choose a new one.
  • You can change your login email yourself: Change email in the Account Settings card on the club site’s My Information, or in the Members Portal’s Account Settings. A code goes to the new address, and nothing changes until you enter it.
  • An address that another account already uses is refused — sign in with that account instead, or pick a different address.
To change your password, go to the login page, choose Forgot your password?, enter your email and choose Send reset link. Open the emailed link and set a new password (12+ characters, upper and lower case, a number and a symbol). This works whether or not you remember the old one.
1

Start the change

On your club site, open My Account → My Information and follow Change it under Account Settings under your email (or scroll to the Account Settings card). Or, in the Members Portal, open Account Settings: choose Members in the avatar menu on your club site, then Account in the menu under your name at the bottom of the portal’s navigation. Either way, choose Change email.
2

Enter the new address

Type it under New email address and choose Send confirmation code. An email titled Confirm your new email address arrives at the new address with a 6-character code, valid for 10 minutes.
3

Confirm

Type the code under Confirmation code and choose Confirm new email. You see Your sign-in email has been changed, and from now on you sign in with the new address. Until you confirm, your current address stays your sign-in.
Your old address receives a notice, Your sign-in email was changed; if you did not make the change, contact your club right away. What was tied to your old address comes with you — your club credit, any league you are named on as convenor, the email on your own curler profile and on the children you are guardian of, and your waitlist entries. A Secondary Email on your Contact Info section, or a child’s email on their profile, is not a login — you can edit those directly on My Information. You never strictly need a password: Email Code sign-in works with your current email at any time.
