  • After paying you land on Order Confirmed with your order reference and Order Details; a Download PDF button gives you a file named receipt-{reference}.pdf.
  • An email Order Confirmation - {reference} arrives automatically. Pay-at-club registrations get We received your order — {reference} instead.
  • Later, open any paid invoice in the Members Portal and choose View receipt.
  • Receipt links stop working for a signed-out visitor after a while: 90 days for the emailed link, 6 hours for the page after checkout and the portal’s View receipt. Signed in, your own receipts always open. See Why does my receipt link say expired?.
Right after paying by card, the receipt page shows Order Confirmed, Thank you!, Your order reference is {ref}, and an Order Details card with each line, Subtotal, Tax ({rate}), Total, Billed to and Payment. If the club has a GST/HST # it prints in the header. Billed to shows the billing address you keep at the club that issued the invoice: your primary address there, or else the first one you saved there. If you chose to pay at the club, the page instead reads Registration Confirmed — You’re signed up, {name} — your spot is held. — with a Payment still due card showing Amount owing and Send or bring your payment to. It becomes the normal receipt once the club records your payment. Paying by bank transfer shows Payment Submitted: ACH bank transfers take 1–3 business days to confirm. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your payment clears. The PDF is headed Receipt with Ref, Date, Billed to, the lines, Total paid and Payment. If the receipt page ever says Receipt unavailable, your payment still went through if you received the email. If it says This receipt link has expired or isn’t yours, choose Sign in; you come back to the same receipt.
