Must know
  • Your club books registrations when you press Confirm, as CCM did. Your place in each league is held from that moment, and an invoice for the total is waiting for you.
  • You must pay by the date shown. If you have not, the entry is deleted, the invoice is cancelled and your place goes to someone else. No email is sent when this happens.
  • Choosing Pay at the club or by mail at checkout confirms your registration. It is then not deleted, and you pay the club as usual.
On Confirm your registration, a red note reads Confirming books your registration now. It must be paid within N days — otherwise your entry will be deleted. The button reads Confirm and continue to payment. Pressing it books your registration and takes you to checkout. At checkout a band at the top reads Your registration is booked (INV-…) and your place is held until {date}. followed by You must complete payment before then, otherwise your entry will be deleted! The Total is the amount booked at Confirm. There is no discount-code box, gift-card field or payment-plan offer, because the price was fixed when you confirmed.

Pay now

Pay by card at checkout, or choose Pay at the club or by mail where the club offers it. Either one settles the booking. You are not charged twice, because checkout pays the invoice made at Confirm.
2

Or pay later

If you leave checkout, the booking stays until its date. In the Members Portal, Invoices shows it as Unpaid with Pay now. Your Registrations page shows the league as Booked — awaiting payment. You can also pay the club directly, and staff record it on the same invoice.
If you go back and confirm something different, such as another league, your first booking is cancelled and its place released. Only the new invoice is owing. If a booking is deleted because it was not paid in time, the invoice shows as Cancelled and nothing is owed. To play, register again. The league may have filled in the meantime.
