  • On the leagues step, a league the curler cannot enter is greyed out with the reason before you pick it, a full league reads FILLED or LIMIT REACHED, and a league the curler is already in reads ALREADY REGISTERED. Checkout applies the same rules again, and its refusal names the curler, the league and the rule.
  • Age is measured on your club’s age date (for most clubs, the day before the season starts), so it may differ from today’s age.
  • Fix the profile or basket and try again — nothing is charged for a refused basket.
On the leagues step. The reason is printed under the league, for example Open to ages 18+ — {name} is 17 on the club’s age date. or Team entries only — this league does not take individual entries. The full list is in How do I choose leagues?. Pick another league, go back and pick the membership the league needs, or change the way you are registering. At checkout. The same rules, in checkout’s words: Age. Member “{name}” does not meet the age requirement for “{league}” (ages 19+). Their age is 17. Or, with no birth date: “{league}” is limited to …, and “{name}” has no date of birth on file. Add it to the profile and try again. Add the date of birth under My Information → Personal Info. Gender. Member “{name}” does not meet the gender requirement for “{league}”. Some leagues are women’s or men’s only. Required membership. Member “{name}” does not have the required membership for “{league}”. Please add the membership to your cart or contact the organization. Go back and pick the membership the league needs. Clubs that sell memberships separately say needs an active membership before registering… Buy a membership first, then come back and register. Profile details. Please confirm {name}‘s personal information before checking out: {fields}. The club requires those fields; fill them in the Confirm your information panel. Already registered. Member “{name}” is already registered for “{league}”. Checkout refuses a second registration in the same league, so the league is not charged twice. A league sold by session can be entered again for another session. Already queued: Member “{name}” is already on the waitlist for “{league}”. Full. “{league}” is FILLED — registration is closed. or “{league}” is sold out. Join the waitlist — you’ll be able to register once approved. See How do I join a waitlist?. Phone number. When you create a new curler, each phone must be a ten-digit number: {label} must be a phone number like ###-###-####. (for example Home phone must be…). “(613) 555-0142”, “613.555.0142” and “6135550142” are all accepted and saved as 613-555-0142; a seven-digit number or one with an extension is refused. A phone already on your profile is not re-checked. Volunteer hours. A renewal blocked for hours reads Membership renewal requires … Contact the club. Team code. Team invite code for {league} was not found / has expired — ask your skip for a fresh code.
