Must know
  • Choosing Pay at the club or by mail confirms your registration at once; the invoice sits at Unpaid and the receipt says Registration Confirmed with Payment still due.
  • When the club records your cheque, cash, card-at-the-desk or Interac e-Transfer, you get an email Payment received — {reference} and the receipt switches to Order Confirmed.
  • Print the Registration sheet and send it with a mailed payment so the club can match it.
Nothing is charged online. Bring or mail your payment to the address the checkout and receipt show under Send or bring your payment to. The Print registration sheet button gives a one-page sheet — Registration sheet — {ref}, TOTAL DUE, Paying at the club or by mail? Print this sheet and include it with your payment so the club can match it to your registration. Staff record the payment against your invoice, in full or in part. Each recorded payment emails you, and My Information → Payment Info lists it with its type (Cheque, Cash, Credit Card, Interac, and so on). Once the invoice is fully paid, Paid Annual Dues? flips to Yes. To look at the receipt again later, sign in and open it from the Members Portal’s Invoices (View receipt) or from My Information → Signup Info. The page you reached at checkout stops opening for a signed-out visitor after 6 hours; see Why does my receipt link say expired?. Some clubs mention an Interac e-Transfer address in their pay-at-club note — the club records those the same way.
