Must know
  • A receipt link carries a private code. The link in your Order Confirmation email works for 90 days. The link you land on after checkout, and the View receipt links in the Members Portal, work for 6 hours.
  • If you are signed out and the link has run out, or it isn’t yours, the page says This receipt link has expired or isn’t yours and offers Sign in.
  • Once you sign in, your own receipts always open: the ones you paid for, and the ones for a curler you are a guardian of. The Sign in button brings you back to the receipt.
Your receipt shows your name, billing address and payment details, so the club site no longer opens it for anyone who just has the address. Each link carries a code tied to that one receipt at that one club, and the code runs out after a while.

Links in older emails. Receipt links in emails sent before this change carry no code. They now always show the expired page when you are signed out. Sign in and they open as before. Checked out as a guest? Without an account to sign in to, the emailed link is your way back to the receipt for 90 days. After that, ask the club for a copy. Still refused after signing in? You may be signed in with a different account from the one that paid. Sign out, sign in with that account, or ask the club. Club staff who handle the club’s money can open any of the club’s receipts.
