  • Your login is one account; each curler (you, your children) is a separate curler profile. You can be guardian of several.
  • Add a curler in the Members Portal (My Members → Add Member) or in the signup wizard (Create Curler).
  • A second parent shares a child by adding the same child (same name and date of birth) with Allow other guardians switched on — there is no invite email.
Adding a curler. In the Members Portal, My Members lists everyone on your account with badges such as You and Claimable. Add Member opens Add New Member: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender Declaration, the switch Allow other guardians (Let other guardians find and claim this member), and — if you have no profile of your own yet — This member is me. The signup wizard’s Create Curler does the same in fewer fields. Sharing with another parent. Turn on Allow other guardians on the child’s page (Guardian Settings). The other parent then adds the child with the identical name and date of birth at the club and is attached at once: Member found and you have been added as a guardian. If the switch is off, they instead see that the member exists and the primary guardian has not enabled claiming. Guardian Requests. The primary guardian sees pending requests under Guardian Requests — {name} wants to be a guardian of {curler} — with Approve and Deny. Each child’s page (/members/{id}) also has Edit Member Details (children only), the list of Guardians, and Your Visibility Settings (Share registrations, Share financial details) controlling what co-guardians see. Wherever a page covers several curlers — My Information, subbing, free agents — a Curler profile or Curler: selector lets you pick which one.
