  • The Membership options step (your club may name it differently) asks the club’s yes/no questions. Out of the box: Do you require a locker for the year? and Are you a full-time student? (proof must be provided).
  • A choice with a fee shows it — Yes — $50.00 — and is charged as its own line on the Confirm screen and your invoice. No costs nothing.
  • Saying yes to a locker creates your locker request as soon as your registration goes through — paid online, free, or confirmed to pay at the club or by mail. The club assigns the actual locker number later.
Each question has a drop-down (Choose… until you pick). A question marked * must be answered — leaving it blank stops you with Please answer “{question}”. Pick your answers and choose Continue. If the club asks nothing you see Nothing to answer — continue. If you used CCM, this is the old STEP 3 - Confirm Membership Options screen. Your answers are saved with your order. A locker Yes becomes a request on the club’s locker list the moment the registration is recorded, so it does not wait for staff to collect it; the club then assigns you a locker. The same happens when the club registers you at the desk. The fee, if any, is real money — the Confirm screen lists it, and it appears on your receipt.
