Must know
  • An entry you logged that is still pending has a delete (bin) button in your Hours log.
  • Approved and rejected entries, and hours credited from a shift the club marked worked, have no delete button. Ask the club to reject a wrong approved entry.
  • You cannot edit an entry; delete it (or have it rejected) and log the right one.

Find the entry

Go to My Account and choose Volunteer Hours. Open the Hours log on the Volunteering card.

Delete it

If the entry is pending, click its bin button and confirm Delete this hours entry? It hasn’t been approved yet. The page confirms Hours entry deleted and the entry is gone.

Log the right figure

Choose Log hours and enter the correct hours. It goes through the normal approval.
Typed 8 hours instead of 0.8 and the club already approved it? Approved hours may already count toward your club’s minimum for renewal, so only the club can reverse them. Contact the club office or the volunteer coordinator with the date and the amount; they reject the entry, which then stays in your log as rejected and no longer counts.
