Must know
  • Reports → Club reports (new look) or the Reports section of the classic admin bar — the same grouped link list CCM had, names verbatim.
  • Every report downloads as CSV or Excel, and all 26 run. The GNCC Format Report and USCA Format Report produce CCM’s exact files: the same columns, sheet names and file names. Only staff with View Financials can run them.
  • Confirmed Payment Report is CCM’s two tables — Paid, then UnPaid — with a TOTALS line under each, on screen and in both downloads.
  • Email on a schedule emails a report daily, weekly or monthly at 07:00 club time. New look only, and only for staff with View Financials.
  • Each report has its own permission, so a Volunteer Coordinator can run the volunteer reports without seeing money. See Who can see reports?.

The catalogue

Each report takes the narrowing CCM offered — a league picker and a date window — plus a division or session where the report is league-scoped. Confirmed Payment Report takes none, as in CCM. Reports that CCM produced from its “current member” flag now read the season’s membership records. UnConfirmed League Signups shows what CCM’s did: signups confirmed but not paid. For an imported club these are the bookings made at Confirm, listed as Booked — awaiting payment with a Released If Unpaid date, alongside pay-at-club invoices still owing. UnPaid Members includes a membership on an open booking. Staff without View Financials open Reports straight on Club reports.

GNCC and USCA Format Reports

Both files keep CCM’s 19 (GNCC) and 16 (USCA) columns in CCM’s order, with the same columns left blank, including USCA - ID. They list current members by last name, and download as GNCC_Member_Report_<date>.xlsx and USCA_Member_Report_<date>.xlsx. Three things differ from CCM:
  • CCM always wrote club number 26 and region GNCC. Here you enter your own under Settings → Club Settings → Association exports. Until you do, those columns are blank and the report says where to set them.
  • A CSV download is offered as well as Excel.
  • Recent versions of CCM had no link to the GNCC report on the Reports page. Here it is listed under Data Extracts, in both views.
See How do I export the GNCC and USCA member files?.

Confirmed Payment Report

As in CCM, one page holds Completed Online Sign-up and Marked as Paid and then Completed Online Sign-up and Marked as UnPaid: one row per current member who signed up online this season, with Member Name, Membership Type, Status, Sign-up Total, Total Paid, Total Owing, TXN # and TXN Date, and a TOTALS line under each table. The Total Owing column and the TOTALS line are the ones CCM’s newer version added. For the first season after migration the rows show CCM’s own paid flag, sign-up total and transaction details. The CSV and Excel extracts carry both tables, as CCM’s extract did.

Scheduling a report

Run a report, then Email on a schedule — “Saves the report you are looking at, with the filters you have set, and mails it to the people you name.” It lands under Saved reports, where you can change the cadence, send it now, or stop it.

Who can run them

CCM’s Reports page was all-or-nothing. Here each report names its own permission: View Financials opens all 26, View Members opens the roster, contact and data-check lists, and View Volunteers opens the three volunteer reports. Anything showing money or a paid/unpaid verdict stays with View Financials. The list, in both views, shows only what you may run. A Curling League Admin is league-scoped and sees no club reports; give them View Members if they relied on CCM’s Reports.
