Must know
  • Website → General → From your CCM import: “What your old site had that this one carries differently, or not at all. Each line shows your original value and, where there is one, the setting that changes it. Tick a line off once you have dealt with it.”
  • Ticking a line changes nothing on the site — it records that you have made up your mind.
  • The list comes from your most recent import.

The groups

  • We could not carry these — a structural or unsupported thing: custom CSS or JavaScript, a font family, a left column, tracking tags, a module type with no equivalent, a sidebar module over the cap.
  • We carried these differently — an approximation: a substituted font, a header band colour not carried, a header state colour, flattened copyright markup, a sidebar module placed on a page instead.
  • Worth knowing — informational lines: a trashed or system page skipped, a registration fragment dropped, a page with no content.
  • Dealt with (n) — what you have ticked.
Each line shows Yours was (the original value, for instance the nav band #303030 where the header took white) and either Change this setting, which opens the page that fixes it — Theme, Header & Home, Site Sidebar — or “Nothing here can express this one.”

Why a checklist and not a button

Nine donated CCM sites all ran one Joomla template with a handful of per-club values, so colours, fonts and sizes carry well. What cannot be copied is markup: a grey band that wrapped a two-cell table in Joomla wraps a different structure here, and no copied CSS bridges that. The checklist is honest about which is which and puts the fixable ones one click away. Theme (preset, colours, fonts), Header & Home (header arrangement, band, home page blocks; “Back to our standard” clears the measured sizes and fonts back to the theme’s), Site Sidebar, Templates.
