Must know
  • The Store ships off for a CCM club. A superadmin enables it under Settings → Features when the club asks; until then there is no Store section and no Point of Sale access point.
  • It is new look only — hidden from the classic sidebar even when enabled.
  • Taking money at the till needs the financials.create permission (or financials.admin). A coach or front-desk level without it cannot open the POS checkout or issue a payment link.
  • Marking an order fulfilled or cancelled under Store → Orders needs Edit Financials or Financial Admin. Staff who can only view the money can see orders but not change them.

Why “new” and not “the old EShop”

CCM’s EShop was a pro shop. What replaced it — a catalogue with variants and inventory, orders and fulfilment, an online storefront and a card-terminal POS — is a different product, and the owner decided on 2026-09-23 that a migrating club should not find it switched on. So the store module is classed beyond CCM: off by default, and never given a classic twin.

Turning it on

Ask a superadmin. On Settings → Features the module appears under Beyond CCM — “Net-new to CCM 2.0. Off by default so a migrating club sees only what it had; enable one deliberately after the club asks for it.” Once on, Store → Products and Orders appear in the new look, and the Point of Sale access point opens the till.

Who can use the till

The till moves money, so it asks for the same grant as recording a payment on an invoice: financials.create. Being staff is not enough. Give the front desk an Access Level (Settings → Access Levels) that includes it; keep coaches on a level that does not, and they will see the product list but not the checkout.

The classic view

Even when the store is on, it does not appear in the classic sidebar. Someone in the classic view who follows a link into it sees it in the new look with the banner “This feature exists only in the new experience.” Related: What is intentionally different from CCM? · Which pages exist only in the new look? · Feature overview
