Must know
  • What needs doing shows {n} curlers still owe their league fees with {amount} outstanding and the first five names; See the roster opens the list.
  • On Who’s registered, the League fee column reads Owing $x or Paid per curler.
  • You see this league’s fee lines only — not other leagues, not membership dues, not invoices. Collecting the money is the club’s job; you cannot record a payment.
Pay-at-club registrations are the usual source: the curler is confirmed and on your roster with the fee owing until the office records their cheque. A convenor can chase the person, but only club finance staff can mark the invoice paid or open it. If a curler tells you they paid and the column still says Owing, ask the office to record it. The figure is capped at what is actually outstanding on the invoice behind the line, so a partially paid invoice shows the remainder. Someone who may read the league but does not run it sees the names without amounts: Amounts are only shown to staff with financial access.
