  • Ask a club administrator. Either lever works on its own: being named as a manager on the league, or the Curling League Admin access level with your leagues ticked.
  • Being named on a league is enough even if you are not on the club’s staff list. Sign in with the email address you were named with and the League Portal opens for that league. You still can’t see any other league or the club’s staff pages.
  • An access level applies the next time you sign in.
Named on the league. The league’s overview has a League managers card with Add manager. It takes an Email and an optional Name, and carries the note They get league-play admin — teams, draws, stages, and scoring — for this league only, when signed in with this email. On the classic League Edit form (a staff screen), the same list is the League Security Settings section: Who can access this league:, an email and name, Add. You receive an email titled You’re an event manager for {league} with an Open the league portal link. Access level. On Staff → {your name} → Access Levels, the administrator ticks Curling League Admin (badge Named leagues only) and, under Leagues this covers, the leagues you run. The screen warns Pick at least one league — until you do, this access level grants nothing. Save access levels confirms Access levels saved. They apply the next time this person signs in. This route suits a convenor who is also club staff, for example a board member. Clubs migrated from CCM: the club’s per-league access list is carried over as league managers.
