# How do I list myself as a free agent?

> Letting teams know you are looking for a spot in a league, and removing your listing later.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * The free agent list is for curlers *looking for a team*. Subbing is different: subs fill in for one game.
  * You add yourself per league, with a preferred position, an optional second choice and a comment. One listing per league; adding again replaces it.
  * Club members see your email and phone; visitors who are not members see only your name and positions.
</Note>

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Free agents">
    Go to **My Account** and choose **Free Agents** (address `/free-agents`). The page is titled **Free agents** and lists, league by league, the curlers looking for a team.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add yourself">
    Choose **List me as a free agent**. Pick the **League**, a **Preferred position**, optionally a **Second choice** and a **Comment (optional)**, then **Add me**. If your account has several curlers, pick the **Curler** first. The page confirms **You're listed as a free agent**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Remove it when you have a team">
    Your own rows carry a **Remove mine** button.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Only leagues the club has opened to free agents appear; if none are open the page says **No league is running a free-agent list right now.** Each row shows the curler's name, their positions (for example `Skip or Second`, or `Any`) and their comment, with email and phone for signed-in members.
