# How do I find a sub?

> The Sub Lists page: who is available for each league, their positions and how to reach them.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * **Sub Lists** shows, per league, every curler who has marked themselves available — live, straight from their own availability.
  * You must be signed in to see names and contact details. Signed out, the page says **Sign in to view the \{league} sub list.**
  * The list changes constantly; check it each time you need someone.
</Note>

Go to **My Account** and choose **Sub Lists** (address `/spares`). The page explains: *Who is available to sub, straight from each member's own subbing availability — so check back every time you need a sub.*

Pick a league. The table shows **Name**, **Preferred positions** (for example `Skip or Second`, or `Any`), **Contact** (phone and email, from the curler's profile) and **Comments**. If nobody is available you see **No members are currently available to sub for this league.**

Only leagues the club has switched a sub list on for are listed; if there are none, the page says **No leagues currently have a sub list.** Not on the list yourself, or need to change your positions? Follow **Update your subbing availability** at the bottom of the page.
