# What does "Paid Annual Dues?" mean?

> The Yes/No on the Payment Info section of My Information: whether this season's registration invoices are fully paid.

  **Must know**

  * **Paid annual dues?** — on **My Information**, in the **Payment Info** section — is **Yes** when the payments on this season's registration invoices add up to at least their total, otherwise **No**.
  * Only registration invoices count — leagues, programs, memberships. Store purchases and ice bookings do not.
  * With no online signup this season the answer is **No**, and the **Signup Info** section reads *You have not completed an online registration this season.*

CCM stored this as a field a staff member ticked by hand. Uplifter Curling computes it from your invoices, so it changes the moment your payment is recorded — a card payment immediately, a cheque when the club records it.

The season runs from the club's season start month (July by default). Draft and cancelled invoices are ignored. A partially paid invoice, or a pay-at-club registration still owing, gives **No**.

For clubs migrated from CCM, the imported answer is kept for the season of the move, with the note *Includes payments carried over from the club's previous system (CurlingClubManager)* — unless a newer registration is still owing, in which case it reads **No**.
