# What is the Members Portal?

> The cross-club portal behind the Members link: invoices, messages, documents, medical and guardian settings.

  **Must know**

  * Your club site is per club; the **Members Portal** (`members.uplifter-curling.com`) is per person and shows every club you belong to.
  * Reach it from the avatar menu on your club's site: **Members**. The **Account** entry next to it opens **My Account** on the club site instead.
  * It is where invoices, **Messages from your club**, **Club documents**, medical information and guardian requests live.

Most of what you do day to day — leagues, subbing, volunteering, registering — happens on your club's own site. The **Members Portal** sits alongside it for the things that are about *you* rather than about one club:

* **Invoices** — every registration or membership invoice from your clubs, with **Pay now** where the club takes cards.
* **Club messages** — every email and text your clubs sent you, with delivery status.
* **Club documents** — documents, members-only pages, newsletters and news your clubs share with members.
* **Medical**, **Waivers**, **Guardian Requests**, **Registrations**, **Schedule**, **Billing Details** and **My Organizations**.
* **Account Settings** (**Account** in the menu under your name) — your name, profile picture, phone number, text-message opt-in and per-club email preferences.

Its left-hand navigation is labelled **Members Portal**; the section for the curlers you manage is **My Members**. Because one login spans clubs, pages that list content group it by club.
