# What is the Member Menu?

> CCM's Member Menu is now the My Account page on your club's site, which lists every member page in one row of buttons.

  **Must know**

  * The member pages CCM kept under its **Member Menu** are listed on **My Account** on your club's site (address `/account`).
  * Every member page has a **← My Account** link back to that list.
  * The words **Subbing** / **Sub** may read **Sparing** / **Spare** at your club; the club picks.

**My Account** opens with a row of buttons, one per member page:

* **My Information** — your curler record.
* **My Teams** — the league teams you are on.
* **Subbing** (or **Sparing**) — your availability to sub.
* **Volunteer Hours** — your logged volunteer time.
* **Game Results** — enter a result for your team's game.
* **Ice Bookings** — the ice you have reserved.
* **Teams, Schedules, Standings** — the club's **Leagues** page, every current league with a link to its page.
* **Sub Lists** (or **Spare Lists**) — who is available to sub, per league.
* **Free Agents** — curlers looking for a team.
* **Member Search** — find another member.
* **Email a League** — write to everyone in a league you play in.

Below the buttons, **My Account** also shows your teams, subbing, volunteering and waitlist entries when you have any, your saved contacts and billing addresses, and your **Email Preferences**.

To get there, choose **Account** in the avatar menu in the site header, or type your club's address followed by `/account`. On a club site that is still a copy of its old website, the old **Member login** box also opens **My Account** once you are signed in. Registering for the season is not on this list: use **Registration** in the site menu.

The avatar menu's **Members** entry is different: it opens the cross-club Members Portal (invoices, messages, documents, medical), not **My Account**.
