# How do I cancel an ice booking?

> Members cannot cancel online — contact the club office, and the booking disappears from your list once cancelled.

  **Must know**

  * There is no cancel button for members on **My ice bookings**. To cancel, contact the club office.
  * Club staff cancel it for you; you get a cancellation email and the booking leaves **My ice bookings**.
  * Cancelling frees your quota if your club limits bookings per day or week.

Ice bookings are money and ice time, so the club keeps control of cancellations and refunds. Phone or email the office (the **Contact** page has both), giving the date, time and sheet. Once staff cancel the reservation the system emails you a confirmation, and the booking vanishes from **My ice bookings**.
